Mary plays a key role in keeping MCC running smoothly. As our Client Services Manager, she ensures that each family’s experience with MCC is organized, responsive, and seamless from start to finish.

Mary oversees client onboarding, communication, and internal reporting, as well as day-to-day management of the technology platforms that support our work. Mary is passionate about building effective processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting MCC’s growth through thoughtful execution behind the scenes. Her professional background in cross-functional operations within the consumer goods industry brings a strong systems mindset and attention to detail that helps keep MCC’s client services organized and efficient.

Mary graduated from Hope College with a degree in Communications and lives in Chicago.
